Calvero Central Command

Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Calvero Central Command (CCC) is a private operational application used by the Calvero team. This policy explains how CCC handles information when invited users manage Assets, artwork, listings and print orders. For privacy questions, contact verikasv@gmail.com.

Information CCC handles

  • Account and workspace information: sign-in email addresses, account identifiers, workspace memberships, assigned roles and authentication records.
  • Operational information: SKUs, Asset specifications, prices, listing copy, notes, inventory information, imports, print orders and activity history entered or imported by workspace users.
  • Connected Google Drive information: the connected account’s email address; folder and file identifiers, names, types, links, revisions and other file metadata; and file content needed for previews, uploads, file recovery and production-file collection.
  • Technical information: sign-in and session information, request and error records, and the technical logs processed by the services that host and secure CCC. These services may process information such as IP addresses and request times.

How information is used

CCC uses this information to provide its workspace features, control access, organise artwork, prepare print files, retain operational history and investigate errors or misuse. Google Drive data is used for the file workflows visible in CCC. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.

Google Drive access and actions

Only a workspace Owner can connect a Google Drive account. Google asks for explicit consent. Read-only access supports reading metadata and file content; managed access also enables uploads, organisation, copying, renaming and deletion.

The Google management permission can cover the connected Drive account, rather than just files created by CCC. CCC restricts its managed file operations to the workspace’s configured approved folder and checks file ownership, location and shared references before cleanup. CCC does not change Google Drive sharing permissions.

Invited workspace users can access connected artwork through CCC according to their assigned role. Operational actions may create or change files in Drive, including disposable print packages. Moving Assets to Trash and deleting eligible files use CCC’s review and confirmation workflows.

Storage, processing and service providers

Original managed artwork is stored in Google Drive. CCC stores account information, workspace records, file references, connection details and operational history in its database. Stored Google refresh credentials are encrypted. File content may pass through CCC’s servers or temporary processing storage to provide previews, uploads, revisions, downloads and print packages.

CCC uses Google Drive for connected file storage, Supabase for its database and authentication, and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process information needed to operate their respective services under their own terms and privacy policies. Downloads and exports also place copies on the device or destination chosen by the user.

Authorised workspace users can access workspace information according to their role. Maintainers access connected Google data only with specific user permission, to investigate errors or security issues, or where legally required. Service providers process data needed to deliver and secure the application. Google user data is not shared with advertising platforms or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

CCC retains workspace records while they are needed for ongoing operations and reference history. Archived print orders, imports and audit events can remain available after an Asset or working file changes. Moving an Asset to Trash preserves information for restoration. Permanent removal clears its working details and eligible managed files, while minimal SKU identities, historical order references and audit information can remain.

Shared files and external links are not automatically deleted when one Asset is removed. Deleting a disposable print package does not delete the original production artwork. Backups and technical logs can retain information beyond its removal from the working application until those copies are rotated or removed.

Contact the workspace Owner or the privacy contact below to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. The request can be reviewed against information that must remain for security, operational history or legal obligations.

Browser storage

CCC uses sign-in cookies and browser storage for essential functions such as sessions, saved views, preferences, selections and recoverable drafts. Active uploads are held in the current browser session. Some saved preferences and drafts remain until cleared or until browser storage is removed. Signing out does not necessarily clear all saved site data from a shared device.

Revoking Google access

You can remove CCC’s access in your Google account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops CCC from obtaining further access through that authorisation; it does not delete files already in Drive or records and copies already held by CCC. Contact the workspace Owner if you also want retained information removed. A new connection requires fresh Google consent.

Google API data commitments

CCC limits its use of Google API data to its stated user-facing functions and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Contact and changes

For questions or privacy requests, email verikasv@gmail.com. This is CCC’s configured support contact. Updates to this policy will be shown on this page with a revised date. Material changes to how Google data is used will be disclosed and, where needed, require renewed consent before that new use.
