Why CCC connects to Google Drive
A workspace Owner can connect a Google account so invited team members can preview artwork and use CCC’s file workflows. With managed access, CCC can upload files, organise artwork in its approved Drive folder, collect print packages and carry out confirmed file cleanup.
Google’s management permission covers the connected Drive account. CCC applies its own approved-folder and workspace checks to managed file operations. File content is processed by CCC’s servers when needed for previews, uploads and print collection.
Connecting Drive is optional. It requires the Owner’s explicit Google consent and can be revoked through the Google account’s third-party connections settings. See the privacy policy for data access, storage and deletion details.
Private access
CCC is operated for the Calvero team. Workspace access is by invitation; there is no public account registration. This information page and the privacy policy are public, but Asset records, artwork and print orders require an authorised workspace account.
